Kisumu, Kenya is a vibrant city that draws its energy from the 64% of citizens under 25 years old and its geographical location on the edge of Lake Victoria. With booming activity at the port and the growing interest on finding more efficient methods to deliver goods, particularly medical supplies, drone ports became the most viable option to implement a lower cost infrastructure that shortens distances between urban and rural communities. The proposed design defines and develops the unknown spatial qualities of a drone port.
